The Board of Directors approved a bylaws change to add a sixth member to the Executive Finance Committee.  After approving criteria for this position, the Board elected Lily C. A. Conrad, M.D., as the Senior Member-at-Large for 2008-09.

Debra G. Perina, M.D., President-Elect

Mark T. Steele, M.D., Secretary-Treasurer

Richard N. Nelson, M.D., Member-at-Large

Lily C. A. Conrad, M.D., Senior Member-at-Large

At the close of its summer 2008 meeting, the Board of Directors celebrated the accomplishments of Lynnette Doan-Wiggins, M.D., whose final term ended after serving as Immediate-Past-President in 2007-08.
