Trouble Viewing Videos?
If you are experiencing difficulties viewing videos on the ABEM website, please try some of the solutions listed below. If you continue to have problems, please call the ABEM office at 517.332.4800 ext. 347.
If you are using an Internet Explorer browser version 10 or below and cannot view the video, click on the “Show all content” button at the bottom of your screen as shown below.
If you are using Internet Explorer version 11, you will need to use an alternate browser (IE 10 or below, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) until Microsoft or Adobe release a fix that will allow you to view the videos in IE 11.
If you are using a Google Chrome browser and cannot view the video, click on the small shield in the upper right corner of your screen (as shown below, circled in red). A dialogue box will appear. Click on “Load unsafe script” to view the video. The video is stored on a secure server and will not harm your computer.
If you are using a Mozilla Firefox browser, and you see the message, “A plugin is needed to display this content” (as shown below), you will likely need to download the most recent version of Adobe Flash Player. The free software is available on the Adobe website, www.adobe.com, and under “Downloads,” click on “Adobe Flash Player” to begin the installation process.
