Become a Case Developer
Call for Applications: Open July 15 - September 15
Teams of case developers, made up of clinically active, ABEM-certified physicians from different geographic locations and practice settings, work collaboratively to develop cases to be used for the Certifying Examination. Cases are developed that include the use of an emergency department tracking board, procedural equipment, ultrasound, and incorporate scripting for standardized patient actors for communication-centered cases. Authors work independently on their cases and then further collaborate with other case developers between and during in-person meetings.
