This Pride Month, we continue to honor the history, experiences, and accomplishments of the LGBT+ community. ABEM is celebrating as a proud ally that supports and embraces all the human diversity represented in EM physicians, patients, ABEM volunteers, and staff. We also recognize that being an ally for one month is simply not enough. The ABEM Board of Directors has affirmed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a strategic imperative, allowing for the continuation and priority of ABEM DEI initiatives.
